What type of finish is on your FRC's? Did you do that yourself?
I really like all the neat things you have done on your car. It all looks great!

It's good old crinkle paint. I thought I would like them to blend with all the plastic that surrounds the engine bay and intake finish. They were easy to make and the crinkle paint allows you to not have to do quite as perfect of a job of sanding after filling the Corvette letters with Epoxy. Oh I don't know, I go back and forth. As I bling more things I may get another set and change the finish. I have the pattern to cut now!
I'm going to have to replace the SLP STB. It just gets in the way blingwise. Anyone interested in a perfect condition STB when I do it?

Basically sand or grind off casting marks, sand with different grit sandpapers, then buff with Tripoli followed by White Rouge compounds on buffing wheels and Dremel for small stuff.
Here is a link to Todd's tips and while your there check out his polished engine. http://groups.msn.com/Camaro2001SS/polishinghowto.msnw I have always used similar methods to those he describes. It's good therapy. After you do it for awhile you find your own groove!

Looks good! I recently got the relay covers too (and a bunch of other cool MBA stuff!).....
Here are the scans of the stock covers....print 'em (colors are inverted) and affix them to the underside of the new MBA covers for reference...just in case!

Thanks! I have some nice transparent decal paper for the printer. They will stick right on!
