Well I just sent my gauge cluster to Granatelli Motor Sports to be re-calibrated and the 200MPH face installed. They said that the gauges will do a 1/2 sweep when the gauges first receive power. I can't wait to get them back and re-installed. I will post some pics on the completion. [Cool]

I want to get Missi some white faced gauges (or is it gages?), but it makes me nervous to think about putting them in myself [Frown] .

Those are very nice! Can't wait to see 'em in!

Very nice looking Bob. I won't reconize your car either at Superfest. I didn't drop the steering wheel when I enstalled my silver face gauges.

Those are a nice piece.

The missing speedometer numbers would drive me nuts, though (90, 110, 130).

Are you going to install a T/A Bezel at the same time? That really sets of the dash. [Smile]

You'll love em. I get so many compliments on mine. I always laugh at the people who say "This car has a 200mph speedo" or the kids they say "Look dad, this car will do 200mph"

I loved mine.. got lots of compliments on it and it seemed very accurate..

Yes, it does do "the sweep"

Think of adding you own personal touch.. I put a red bowtie on mine that I got from a model decal pack (at a hobby store, not a model but a sheet of nascar decals)..

 -

Ive also seen SS emblems added.. makes for a nice touch.

Steve, your car was one of the reasons I went with these gauges. They said that they do a 1/2 sweep and the Vette does a full sweep. The circuit must get changed. I like the Bowtie idea.
I guess any hobby shop should have those sort of decals (Are they the pressure or water version?) [Big Grin]

I love my white face 200 mph gauges in Julie, except for the lighting! When early in the morning or at dusk the numbers are hard to read. Get some led bulbs to put in. Also get the T/A bezel for the white faces! It took four days for mine to get there and back. Simple installation. I too love it when people see the 200 mph and go bonkers! I am putting the 200 mph black face in Jenny, so the "Twins" will not look just alike! Teri has small decals to go on the faces! They look really neat to look up and see the 35th logo on mine! Darn well worth it!

I just spoke to Rene at GMS and he said they don't change anything except the gauge face and recalibrate the gauges

That's a T/A Bezel Milli. A must have. Accents the cluster very nicely.

I talked to Ryan MacEwen at MacEwen Motorsports and he said they had the LED lights for them. The lights on my white face do not show up very well, so I am going to put the LED's in both of my Camaros when I put the black face in Jenny.
