Probably the episode they did back in 2001. Reggie Harris was in it, and some board members cars got in it too. They filmed some of the footage at Bragg-Smith if I recall.
I remember DaveH laughing because they had him make a ton of passes past their sign at Toms River. He sat in the 3rd gen for a couple of hours, and only got like 2 seconds of footage in the episode!

I have a DVD player/burner. But you have to be careful because some DVD's you can not copy.
As you make a copy it destroys the original. They have some sort of electronic key that won't allow copies to be made.

Funny this thread was mentioned. I have a CD/DVD burner, and just cooked this show today on it to back up my VHS copy!! Came out GREAT!
I have the official Speedvision VHS tape that has TWO shows on it back to back minus the commercials, the Hurst Cars (this one is on March 24th) and the SLP Cars (the very episode that was on today). Since I own at least one of each type of vehicle, it only made sense for me to have this tape. Total run time of about 50 minutes (no commercials but was edited to be 1/2 hour shows when commercials were inserted). They're not regionized so they should work in just about any DVD player.
If you send me a DVD recordable blank disk (not a CD, as they won't hold enough info), I can try and make what I'll refer to here as a "backup copy", or if not, I have several DVD blanks, I can just prorate the cost of shipping to cover my cost for the discs, which the discs cost me $1.60 each. (DVD blanks aren't that cheap like CDs).
Only thing is, the DVD will include both complete shows, and I'm not into printing labels and making the disc look pretty, so if you can live with that, great. If not, well, that's what I'm offering. I probably could split the two shows out, but since it costs the same price for two....
I haven't deleted the shows off my harddrive as of yet, so I'll refrain from doing that until I get some feedback.

Depends on the disc. They have new disc technology now that actually chemically degrades the info on the disc after a few days after opening. But with regular types of DVDs, I have ways of making a lock become unlocked......but I won't go into that here. Posts: 577 | From: Aiken, SC | Registered: May 2002
