Next Monday and Tuesday I'm going to be at Bob Bondurant's Driving School taking their Z06 Experience course. This is the package that I won at the auction in BG last September...I'm finally getting out there!
This is the first time that I've ever done anything like this and I was wondering if anyone has some words of wisdom. I know that a lot of ya'll have been to Bragg-Smith and some other schools and I'm just looking for any advice that might optimize the experience.
Thanks!!

I'd recommend gloves ...I use batter's gloves with all the labels cut off. And of course comfortable shoes.
I also found that sweats were more comfortable than jeans as I tended to use my knees to brace against the door and center console. The big seams on jeans plus the "gathering" at a bent knee got uncomfortable over time.
What else ...sunglasses, get a good nights sleep the day before, ask lots of questions and enjoy.!!

pretty much what poSSum said. comfortable (cotton) clothes and shoes, eat healthy not heavy, rest each night (adrenaline going up and down during the day several times will wear you out), drink plenty of water (or Gatorade, not Red Bull) during the day and ask questions.
it doesn't hurt to pratice 'Dynamic Hand Placement' in the rental car, either.

Yeah, what they said! Sweats are the most comfortable. Just go in with an open mind and be ready to learn. Its amazing how much you can learn with an open mind. Every time I am on the track, I pick more stuff up.
Have a great time, and make sure you tell us all about it!
