I'm making these up based upon 15 years of driving experience... please add to them as I'm sure I missed a few billion or 3...
"If a car in front of you, is going too slow for you, don't pass, ride their bumper.. the driver will get the idea and speed up"
"In busy traffic, do not pass on the left. Instead pass on the right, they won't be expecting this. You will surprise the driver in front of you, and they wont be able to stop you "
" In addition to passing on the right, cut the driver off, that you are passing, at the very last possible moment, as you are approaching slower traffic... they like this"
"When you get mad, ALL traffic laws do not apply, Law officers know this"
"Never, I repeat, NEVER yeild to faster traffic."
"Do not use the blinker, as it gives away your maneuver to the enemy"
"When making a left turn, and you cannot complete it, go ahead and block oncoming traffic, they will love you for it"
"Stop signs are for sissies... nuff said"
"If you see the person in-front-of/near you looking at their mirrors, they are about to get away from you, cut them off immediately or take evasive action as necessary"

Always, always drive in the left lane at the legal posted speed limit, even if you're going to turn right in a few blocks. This helps the police control the speeders.

nope .. I am afraid that I am describing what I see everyday in traffic
thanks for the link though (it was posted a loong time agon on the slp board )
I know it was based on your own observations.....my sarcasm didn't come through. I was making a point that it was similar to the expanded version at that link. (p.s. I was the one who posted it on the SLP board waaay back when, too.)

Stop far enough forward at red lights to give pedestrians the choice of walking in front or behind your vehicle. This also ensures that anyone trying to make a right turn on red can't see traffic without actually putting their bumper into it.
If you forget, creep forward with the car trying to make the right turn on red to keep their line of sight blocked.

If female and driving SUV use only the left lane when applying makeup and talking on cell phone at the same time. Speed must be slower than all the traffic in lanes to your right.

While transporting large quantities of loose material (i.e dirt, gravel, leaves, lawn clippings) NEVER put a cover on it. Instead allow it to blow out all over the freeway and on to other vehicles. Not only do they enjoy it, it makes for less of a load to dump when you arrive at the landfill.

When in the morning or evening commute it's OK to take every exit ramp, then drive straight across to the entry ramp. You just might be able to get a couple of cars ahead.
It's also OK to use merge lanes to crowd in a few cars ahead.
Big trucks have really good brakes so it's OK to scoot into the space in front of them.

Not exactly on topic, but I was working nights for about a month and I couldn't believe that at 2, 3, 4 in the morning, you still had people sitting in the left lane doing 50, especially when I'm coming up on cruise and just want to get around.
On the other hand - as much as people with the first instinct to pass on the right spook me - on the open road registering displeasure with those sitting in the left lane can be a good thing, `cause they encourage people to pass on the right.
Wait, here's one: on a snowy road, be sure to drive just out of the tracks of those ahead of you to kick up/spread the snow around.

When ever you are passing a truck, be sure to slow down as soon as you pass so the drivers behind you are stuck next to the truck, this is especially important in rain and snow.
