Went out with my LONDON GANG last night!! HAd a BLAST at O'Reilly's Pub here in Harrisburg. brought some good memories back from 2 weeks agao! I think i had one too many pints though, lol.

Mornin' all. Hoping to hear from the sellers today about the final negotiations on the house. Then we just sit back and wait until May 3 to close and May 10 for them to be out. After that, the fun begins...get in there and rip out all that hideous pink carpet and some of the ugly linoleum...replace it all, repaint all the walls and then that 4 letter word: M-O-V-E.

Morning all. Well got one coat of stain on the steel garage doors. Looks like it will take 2 to 4 coats to make it look the way the boss wants it.

Thanks Teri. We're definitely having the carpet done professionally but not sure on the linoleum yet. The paint's definitely a DIY job. We probably won't know more than a few days in advance, but we'll certainly take whatever help we can get.
