Oh, gee! The EU has fined Microsoft $637 million for violating EU competition laws. Do you think Microsoft will pay that out of the petty cash fund?
There's an appeals process that could take up to 5 years. By that time, Microsoft won't even care.

The only problem with the fines are that Microsoft will just pass the costs thru to their customers so their profit is unaffected. There has to be a better way.
