I need a favor. I am configuring my e-mail server to block "Read Receipts". I need someone who knows how to send an e-mail with a read receipt request, to send me an e-mail so I can test with it. My address is, Matt@rjnetworking.com
Thanks In Advance, Matt

Okay, I think it works. I didn't show that a read receipt was sent out. Thank You!

I use Outlook Express and when I get a "read receipt" from someone, a window pops up and gives me a choice if I want to send it or not. Are you trying to keep spammers from knowing that you opened their email?

Well yeah you see the way that works is if you are using POP3 to download your mail, Outlook gives you a choice. However, if you are connecting to an Exchange Server using x400, then you do not get that choice. They make it a server option, but it never worked; at least until now. I wrote a custom script that disables the read receipts when the delivery receipts are disabled. The problem is this morning it didn't work, but I think I have fixed the problems. Thanks!
