I watched that car selling from SLP directly, last year. I think it sold for about 1/2 of the Buy It Now price! I want to say $16K or so. But, I may be wrong. Funny thing, I never realized that this was a 93 Z28. I always "assumed" it was a 97 SS Annv (WU9) car.

I guess the buyer doesn't like the car, or something is wrong with car, or they just wanted to make a quick buck.

This is the second time this car has been up for sale on ebay. Dave H. told me last year he sold it for 16-17K.

I have seen this item. Someone showed me the link on the weekend. How did a 93 have the anniversary colour scheme already? [Confused]

It was used as the LT-4 prototype. That's not the only anniversary car that was not a 97. Anyone want to take a guess what the other one was?? hint:it was in the slp segment on the speed channel......

I believe the Official Pace Car for the 1996 Brickyard 400 had the 30th anniversary markings, but was a 1996 car.

This is how close I came to owning that car last June 3. [Frown]

Also thought it was a '96. No matter, if I didn't have the Zed now I'd be bidding on it.
