I got an SES code (knew I would) after the headers were installed. It said no activity rear sensors. I reset it and it came back afetr 15 miles. Is this the code everyone else is getting?

I did not get any codes with my headers. Did you check your sensors to make sure they are not getting too much heat from nearby components?

Now that the cam is in, I got a light, but we'll take care of that Thursday.

I recently installed some headers now I am getting the ses light. though my headers didnt come with holes for the rear sensors so I need to get 02 sims installed. I have the sims, just need to put them on to get rid of the ses light.

There are a variety of codes - p0140 & p0160 are the sensor 2 codes. I think the various coatings on the headers affect the sensors. Put some miles on the headers, then pull the codes and decipher from there. I replaced all four after fighting codes for about two weeks and they haven't thrown a code since except in real cold weather.

BTW, I assume you have cats in the y pipe - yes?

I programmed out the rear 02 sensor on the Z06 when I put on the headers and took off the cats.

Anytime a long tube header is installed and the O2 sensors are futher down the exhaust stream, they actually do not get as hot as if they were in the pipe and closer to the exhaust port of the cylinder head. The sensors work off heat that is why they have a heater in them, but the heater temperature may only be calibrated for the factory distance to the cylinder head.

There are 2 codes I get, p0160 being 1 of them. I keep resetting the puter and it seems to be a little longer time before it comes on each time. Mine needs to be reset again, I may keep track of the miles from when I reset the codes antil the SES light comes on again. I recall on another board, someone was having the same issue. He said that eventually the codes stopped coming on. If they do keep coming on I'll just turn those codes off.
