I want to order some white leather seat covers for my Hugger Orange SS for future restoration. The parts are not available up here in Canada. Therefore, I want to order them from gmpartsdirect.com, but they do not accept orders from Canada.
So,
I was thinking, if one of you could order the parts for me, have them shipped to their house, and then in turn ship them to me? Now obviously, a credit card is required which I will provide, but I do not think gmpartsdirect.com will accept Canadian credit cards. If that is the case, I plan to immediately wire the money through paypal to the person.
Another thing I was thinking is that if a person from Michigan can do this for me, they could possible bring the covers over to Greg Jackson, which in turn he could bring to the Ontario Camaro show in Niagara falls in June, where I can pick them up from him (hope that's ok Greg!). :-)
What do you all think? I know this is a lot to ask, but I would really, really appreciate the help!

Steve, if you can order the parts with your credit card and have them shipped to my house, I may be able to bring them with me to the Ontario Camaro Nationals. I may have to take them out of the original packaging to fit them into the car and so that border customs does not think I am trying to bring them into the country or you could drive to my house and pick them up.

The problem is that I can't order it from a Canadian address with a Canadian credit card. I think you have to first set up an "account" with gmpartsdirect (with all your personal info, etc.), then you can order stuff from them.
I was thinking if you can go to their site, set up an account with them, order the parts, have them shipped to your house, I will wire you the money, then you in turn can bring them to the Camaro show.

How big is the box? I have a brother who works in Troy. He sometimes accepts shipments for me.

Remember that I will be driving my vert over the border with all of my cleaning supplies,cooler and luggage. I usually don't have a lot of room remaining in the car. Is it possible you could drive to Michigan one of these weekends and pick the stuff up?
