This coming weekend.

I think I have it all figured out now. I was consulting my secret staff on my intentions of the route and it was well received. Since we all love the twisties I have figured out a nice route to hit the twisties on the east side of Skyline Drive, this is how we normally go in, then if anyones interested in maybe stopping at Cooters Garage before we hit the twisties on RT 211 in Sperryville (not sure on this yet but I plan to find out this weekend).

Then I figured we would cruise up (South on the map) to Skyland for lunch and then to Big Meadows then head back towards RT 211 and take it west (this is the side that not many have cruised down on (for some reason the Corvette guys like to go down the mountain and not up. Wierd)to 340 North back up (North) to Front Royal.

Then I thought since we will have quite a few out of towners (read as the majority) maybe trying to organize a Luray Caverns tour on Friday afternoon. Straight shot on 340 South (thoughts on this??)

Anyway, I wanted you all to know what my game plan is so far. I will have a map posted on the website that shows the planned cruising route so no one will get lost.

If I find any places to pull off on the cruise before we hit Skyline Drive, then we will pull off as a pitstop and a regrouping etc.. And maybe a possible photo op.

Thoughts concerns?!?!?
