Kathy and I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the Chirpthird board members that helped out in the move. We love each and every one of you. All of the real heavy stuff like my tool boxes, Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and air compressor, riding mower and not to forget the plastic Tupperware container that weighs as much as a car engine!
Brian - Just had to suprise all of us with a moving truck. One could not be rented at the last minute. It was full of furniture blankets and a nice ramp for the real heavy stuff (we moved tons of stuff...1000's of pounds of stuff!)
Ed - 2500 HD with furniture blankets!
Matt Regalia: Ford Superduty Powerstroke Diesel to trailer the heavy loads!
Matt Hendrickson - Thanks!
Steve Kaloustian - Chevy Astro Van!
Steve Roach - GMC Sonoma
Did I forget anyone else from this board?

Thought I might surprise you with that truck. I figured you can not have too many vehicles during a move.

Brian, you suprised the heck out of me. You save me a bunch of headaches and not to mention many trips to the new house and back. Just hope you made it back to Canada on time. The more vehicles the better for sure and that moving truck made up for at least 4 more pickup trucks.

That will be another BBQ event for sure. I have several shovels so many of us can dig the trench at the same time. We will have to do that soon! You should see how full that pole barn is now. I would be lucky to get 3, maybe 4 cars in it now.

When I moved into this house I moved from one about half its size and how come what came out of the old house would not go in this one with twice the room ?????????

None of it surpises me, especially Brian. He is amazing. I know you would do the same for any of us as well. That is what makes this a special porch! Congrats and good luck on the house. Wish I could have helped!

That tupperware container was the heaviest thing in Greg and Kathy`s whole house. We had to use a dolly to get the thing off the ground. I`m glad I could help out.

that Tupperware container was more like a plastic storage bin that was full of spare nuts and bolts. That and the full tool boxes made me glad we had fridge carts and dollies, let alone the big truck!
BTW - I heard back from Rock. He had surgery on a ruptured achillies - he'll be out of commission for a while!

Mike, I am saying the same thing right now.New house is bigger, attached garage is bigger than the old attached garage and my pole barn is way bigger than my old detached garage and there is just stuff everywhere! Maybe once it is organized there will be more room.
