Not decals. They are embedded in the fiber, then clearcoated over top of them. You can get the carbon fiber plain versions for $30 less.

I wish. I paid $190 for them from a LS1tech sponser. Got a good chunk of that for Christmas from the fam.
I was not big on the carbon fiber until I saw them on the car. That is the only version I have seen with the CAMARO lettering. I have seen plain ones that are aluminum.
