Long story short... ebayer, caught wind of an international ebay scammer, and played along with it all the way through... instead of sending a $2100 G4 powerbook laptop, he sent a 3-ring binder drawn like a laptop.. they figured out where the scammer is, ...in london, england, locals took pictures of the scammer, sent them to the sender in the states... andin the end, the scammer, had to pay 350 british pounds in Duty fees
