Mira (pronounced like the russian space station, lives 2 houses down from us) yelled over the fence and neighbors yard "hey Jonah, come over and play" so we went over with him. She has a new play house (same one I was going to buy for him, but don't need to now since she has it) and the ground was so muddy........

Remember when it was this much fun to play in the mud? They got muddier as the night went on, then they ran under the hose to get somewhat cleaned off and of course, you have to play in the puddle when all is said and done! [Cool]

Used to love it! My kids were always playing
outside.

When I was growing up, one of the neighbours
had a huge pile of top soil dumped into their
backyard. Well, all the kids started playing
on the dirt hill. It became known as McDowall's
Dirt pile. We used to tell our parents we were
going to play at McDowall's dirt pile! I think
it ended up being about 3 years before they
spread out the top soil. They just let us all
play in the dirt. We built roads for our dinkey
toys, had houses and buildings etc. Real kid
memories. [Big Grin]
