I started to re-read this series a couple of months ago. Getting ready to start book IV. Even during the 2nd or 3rd read, these books are still intriguing. They have a detrimental impact on my sleep habits. I start reading on the couch, and next thing I know, I look up at the clock and it is after midnite

Damn.. i havent started the last one yet.. thats pretty quick for this installment.. how long was it between #4 and #5???

I believe there was 8-9 years between books 4 and 5.
5 was released last November, 6 is out now and 7 (the big finale) will be this November.
