Mr. fenton23 had his laptop with him, but wouldn't let me post (...something about y'all needing a break... )
AAAAAANYWAY.....OMG! was it FUN!!!!! I went from Ft. Worth to Tulsa, OK, to Springfield, MO....wish I could have done the long haul.....maybe next year!!
My pix can be seen on this site, but here are a few choice ones to whet your palate......
What a lineup!!
....thank you, Mr. Fbodfather, for assigning me a "friend" to watch out for me....in a B4C....with lights.....and siren.....(can't get away with ANYTHING 'round here... )
THIS gorgeous car is from Western Michigan Camaro Club (I think I was the only EMCC member there)
.....the KanSSas Boyz that Mr. TxGC found alongside the road somewhere....

Linda and I just got back. Millie's right, it was more fun than a human should be allowed to have!!!
I heard that we had somewhere around 3800 cars that left Arlington on the cruise to Tulsa. There were a few traffic jams, but the variety and quality of the cars was AMAZING. And the people were GREAT!!
and I guess I'm finally in a rock band since Millie labeled us the Motley Crew.
Have to go sort through the "gimme's" and memorabilia now.

The Mid-Iowa Camaro Club representatives will be joining the tour tomorrow in Davenport. We have two long haulers on the tour now.....Dave Good in a 1968 Camaro (this is his 4th year long hauling) and Karl Heille (1st year long hauling). Eric & Amy Wolfe (99ORANGEZ) and I will be joining the tour tomorrow in Davenport and go clear up to Green Bay. Between Randy/Millie and Eric & I.........does that mean together we're long haulers?

I was lucky enough to meet up with Mr. TxGC and tag along with him to Arlington, Tx. Then where I met Cytruffle and Fenton23.
This is the second Power Tour I've particpated in and the 4th I've seen. This one was the best so far. In the traffic between Alrington and Tulsa I was kinda wishing I had a A4.
Any of you that are setting on the fence about attending a Power Tour all I have to say is do it, so what if you have to drive a day or two just to get to a stop. Until you've witnessed nearly four thousand cars in a line thundering down the road you don't know what your missing.
I would share my pictures but I'm home here in the boonies of Kansas and my parents dial up is so slllllllllllllooooooow!
I better get the rest of my clothes cleaned..
Thanks again everyone for letting me tag along.
