A few more pics of the house progress on webshots. Put a few more pictures up under "new house". These were taken the other day. Since then, the rear deck is going in and almost done, the garage and front stoop cement has been poured, 400,000 gallons of rain poured down, and the gutters went on.

With all that has been going on around here, I forgot to post with you! Your house looks great, it is really coming along. I love all the glass!!

Here are a couple of the garage project and the three season porch we are adding to the deck.

35thED/ed, we'll be able to park MANY F-bodies around the yard. In fact, that back 1.5 acres we'll probably leave alone and not even clear. Keeps out the possible riff-raff better. But if we do, maybe we could even host a small Camaro event one day!

That garage looks awesome, Happy Dan! Coming along very nicely. Wish I could do that with mine. I can see you got the same mud crew who likes to stripe the entire line of screw holes, too.

However, after living in Dover, NH (stationed at Portsmouth Naval Shipyards) for a while back when I used to work for Ronnie Reagan, I swear there are only TWO seasons. So I'm not sure about where you got your THIRD season for your porch! [Big Grin] We got ready to leave there in April of 1987 and got a very nice snowstorm to send us off!! I loved it in the summers there, though. And those coastline drives! Can't beat the historical views, either.

Been to Manchester many times and it was pretty neat there, as well. If I could only move NH down to where it's warm, I'd live there in a heartbeat. The most beautiful countryside I've ever seen up there, especially in the fall that lasts for what, 10 days? [Wink]

Your making great progress. If you don't mind me asking, do you know what the cost per square foot will be for the finished house? I am talking about everything except for the cost of the lot (finished house, well and septic if you have those). I would like to build something similar to yours in the future here in greater Charlotte and I am curious how prices will compare.
