Well, I had a great time!! It was AWESOME to see all the friendly faces. THe maps I think really helped. I got no reports of people being lost, or not knowing what is going on.
I will respectfully ask this fall for people to PLEASE PLEASE introduce and RE-introduce yourselves. Don't be shy. This is whole shing ding is for everyone so its important that EVERYONE has fun.
I will say as it was pointed out by my "friends" and my newly acquired friends, YES my backwindow was dirty, but the dirty parts were from my dog that sat in the back barking at the Ford TRuck behind me sitting in bumper to bumper traffic for 3 hours!!
If you have any ideas for the Fall Skyline please let me know. Starting this fall. Sunday's will become a Brunch day where we all can get together and sit and enjoy the food and company before we all depart.
Also, Jim Mac and Crew (about 8 couples total I believe) went on a Wine Tasting Tour after lunch. They had the local map and knew exactly where they were going. Which was awesome!! My wife didn't realize it til AFTER they came back, and wanted to go! hahaha
The donations for the local Warren County Humane Society were fantastic!! Thanks to everyone.
Also, I want EVERYONE to PLEASE take to heart my thanks and gratitude for making this not only fun for me but for everyone. This is NOT nor ever will be MY cruise, this is OUR cruise and as long as I am a part of it, it shall remain that. Because its YOU (the participants) that make this as fun as it is!!!

Oh yeah, there's plenty of pictures and at least one cool video. I think the vidio will have a sound track to it because of wind noise as we were all passing the camara car (a big thanks to the video teams!). I had a good time also, the weather turned out really nice both days on the mountain. The rain and traffic going to Skyline on Friday was the PITS! It took twice as long to get there as it should have! I still have to unpack, I'll be back later. Posts: 641 | From: northern Delaware | Registered: Jul 2002

Glad you all had a great time! May be I can make the fall one. Is there a firm date set yet?
We had a great time ourselves at the Ontario Camaro Nationals. The weather held out and we lots and lots of fantastic F bodies. I was spreading the word of the Skyline cruise and may have convinced a few more Canucks to join us next time. Maybe a few from the Great state of Michigan as well!

Next to the black IROC is Shelly (I think), Eric (the car owner), and Jim (red shirt-he has the black SS with red stripes and ground effects). All 3 of them were there Saturday.

My first Skyline was a blast. We decided we were going as of Wed. the 9th - long, long story as to why, the short part being my mother-in-law is living with us for about 2 months - couldn't get into the Super 8 so stayed at the Quality Inn around the corner (very nice motel BTW, and not too much more expensive - it was $169 total for two nights) - didn't get down there until 12:58AM Saturday morning - and showed up at the Big K parking lot about 9:25 Saturday morning.
