Just took pics of the car after it got back from gettin glass beaded the other day. guess my bro an i have to start cleaning up the engine an stuff while its outta the car, lol. cant wait till its all done. heres the pics. first 2 are of what it looked like on the trailer before going up to north jersey for beading, then the last 3 are a few of the car after being glass beaded and coated with something the bodyguy gave us so the metal wouldnt be damaged by the air until he gets it primed this tues or wed.

Thanks!! I see yours has the split bumper and a spoiler....very nice!! Mine didn't come with a spoiler. The person that restored him added the spoiler and I think it adds a nice touch.

What kind of shape is the interior in??

You're going to have a GREAT car when it's finished!! Keep the pix coming!!

i think the split bumper was part of the RS package or something, the appraiser said they didnt have a deffinate number of 72 Z28's with that option. interior is in good shape minus the drivers seat that needs a rip in the seat to be fixed. just have to get the odd smell out of it and its all good, and restuff the seats since they are kinda old, lol.
Deffinately will get more pics, just waiting for the OK from the body guy to bring the car over to his house to prime + paint.
Thanks for the comments, i cant wait to get it done so i can take the thing to shows!! :-D

You are correct. You had to have the RS option to get the slit bumper.
