I was wondering if someone knows the 'factory approved' method for using a floor jack to raise either end of a new SS. Is there a place where a floor jack can be placed where I can raise both front wheels or both back wheels at the same time? I know my '95 Impala technical manual said that car could be raised by the main cross member in the front and the differential in the rear. Can the new Camaros be raised the same way or do I have to use the side positions designed for the jack in the trunk?
Sorry if this has been covered before. I tried a search first but didn't seem to come up with anything.
Thanks,
