I need help. I would like to get 4 new tires for my Comp T/A. From what I understand the comp ta ZR tire has been discontinued?? They claim the G-force tire replaces the ZR tire. Is this true?? What tire and size do you suggest. I would like to keep the same size on the front and put somthing larger(maybe a little taller and wider) on the back. Bob Reese (Comp #29) done this with his But I don't know what size I can go up to. I do not what to modify anything. I want to stay with BF Goodrich brand tire. If anyone can offer any suggestions I would be thankful. By the way I see that BF Goodrich has an offer going on until 8-31-01 if you buy 4 tires you can get a free G-Tech pro performance meter a $139.00 value. Kevin, you can put the stock 275s on the front and move up to 285s in rear without any trouble. I run 315s on the rear of both Comps for street use but have adjustable panhard bars to aleign the center.

G-Force is OK. Any number of top line tires from other manufacturers are probably as good. Check out tirerack.com or discounttiredirect.com They have matched performance ratings of one tire vs another for comparision purposes.
