Well afetr 6 months and ENDLESS bills, I think I have got my current configuration at its best.
I had to go from OBD2 with LT1 Edit and 42# to an OBD1 conversion, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 55# injectors and dump the FMU.
Results were rwhp of 528 and torque of 578.
I'm told that with opening the borla (closed right now), race gas and an upgraded inline pump I could see 550 - 570.
The 12 bolt goes in over the winter, the line lock as well. The ET Streets are on the way and just need the Weld whells and I should be done.

I still have some work at low rpm driveability issues but it was good to see the top end numbers.
