I've noticed, and have complined before, that my top is tough to put up, most time I have to do it manually

I took a good look at the pump today and noticed that it is only filled about 1/4 with fluid and that the lines have a LOT of air in them.

I suspect a leak somewhere but have not been able to track it down yet.

Questions:
How much fluid should be in the resevoir?
How do I bleed the lines?
What type of oil/fluid is it?
How do I fill the resevoir?

I figure I'll fill it, bleed it, check for leaks and it it still doesn't work - replace it.

Thanks

Thanks again Wayne,

I finally got around to working on it and it now does up and down like a charm

Amazing what putting a little fluid in a hydrolic system will do

Does anyone know what the procedure is for bleeding the hydraulic fluid on the convertible top? Mine is in need of some help! Any helpful responses would be much appreciated.
