Hey, this is my first post here... I'm a long time lurker.

I need to know how to remove a piece... It is the small triangle that is behind the door windows, but attached to the roof. Mine is starting to bubble and needs a repaint.

Do you have a GM shop manual for the removal procedure? Is your car under factory bumper to bumper warranty still?

I looked at mine right now and I couldn't tell how to get it off at first. So I started to pull the edge a little bit and I found that it is just stuck on with double sided tape. So pull slowly and carefully and it should come off pretty easily.

Good question, my driver's side one is chipped.

So if you peel it off, how do you get it back on?

I hesitate to use regular 3M double sided tape. Anyone know of a GM part number for the adhesive?

What about tape thickness?

I wonder if the entire triangular piece is available from GM with the adhesive already attached...I can't imagine it costing very much.
