I have the opporitunity to get NGK plugs and wires for free. Are the wires any good for our cars? Ive never actually heard anyone say anything about NGK wires. How about plugs? Are they worth a damn? Which kind should I get? Is there a specific model/part # of plugs and wires (NGK) I should be looking for?

Also, what should the plugs be gapped at? Im assuming .035 (my motor is stock)
