I would try to dampen the top with soap and water and try a sponge first and it that did not work,try a small soft detail brush or a worn toothbrush and lightly scrub the area.

Try MOTHERS cleaner for vinyl convertible tops (or something like that)... works for me. -------------------- Eugenio_SS
