I never race my convertible.
Is there a definite advantage to having subframe connectors and strut tower bracing installed?
Are there any disadvantages?

Ever sleep on a 20 year old bed? They sag if they aren't properly reinforced. Same with verts. If you just plan to keep it a few years and trade it, don't bother with the subframes. If you're going to keep it for awhile, they are a good investment. STB stiffens the feel of the car and is a very low cost mod. Probably not as important as the SFCs though...
