All 4th gen seats fit all 4th gens. The TAs have an extra plug for the power seats, but even that can be purchased and used on Camaros. The carpet color on the back of the rear seat back is the only concern...

Physical size of the seats are the same. The only issue I ran into with installing 1999 Trans Am Coupe seats in my 2000 Convertible, was on the rear seat buns. The metal "loop" that the bolt goes through was too short.

Here's the deal on the loop. It's almost impossible to get the bolt in if you put the back of the seat bottom in first. Let the back of the seat bottom stick up while you get the bolt started. Once it's started, you can push the back down into position. Then you can finish tightening the bolt. The difference in difficulty is amazing and I just lucked into the easy way.
