We know: There were over 20,000 1969 Z28s built...and over 34,000 1969 SSs built....what are those cars worth today? it may also interest you to know that the original COPO cars were not hot sellers in 1969...many of them sat for a long period of time....just ask anyone who was around the Yenko dealership in 1969...or 1970....or 1971....
Question: What is a '69 Berger, or Baldwin Motion, or Yenko worth today? What is a 1969 Z28 or SS worth today? I gotta think that any 2001 SS will eventually be worth something "extraordinary" in 20 or 30 years based on the fact that there will be less than 9,000 of them built......I guess my point is that you should never buy any automobile as an investment, alone, but rather to enjoy the ownership experience...I can tell you that the Berger and Earnhardt cars are well thought-out...and that they are fast...and they both have special names on them! Just my 2 cents.....which doesn't buy a lot these days!
