Does Bragg-Smith use aftermarket pedals for heel-toe instruction? If so, do you know which ones? I need to buy some, so I thought I'd get the same ones that I'll be learning on in May.

No, the fabricated tthe accelerator pedal themselves. Very simple but effective design. They should sell them!

I have a tracing of one.........

HTWLSS, would you mind faxing it to me? My fax is 630-262-7533.

Thanks!

What do you think of these: http://www.sparcousa.com/ptuning_pedals.asp?id=211

I found them on an SLP thread along with some others. I'm not generally a big carbon fan, but these are the only ones I've seen that maintain a lower profile (people won't be looking between my legs when they get in the car....or at least not because of the pedals )

I don't know where Steve da Wrench stashed the template. If he reads the board later, maybe he'll see this and be able to help you out. If we're lucky, he'll have it at the shop and be able to send it from there....otherwise it could be anyone's guess as to where it is at the house!

Those Carbon Fiber pedals are o.k. in shape, but I don't really care for the C.F. look.

Maybe you could get the billet pedals like some of our other members have and paint them? I don't know if that would affect the grip, but it's a thought if you're looking to make them less noticeable.

I kind of like the blue and silver ones....

Check these out too. I have them and like them. I like the company too. Great people.

Go to interior trim and scroll down.
Good luck.

I've got the Mallory pedals on my 3rd Gen, as well as my SS, and they're top quality, functional and made in the US of A.

Like Dan said, we got them after our first year at B.S.

I believe we had Tom Byrne run a G.P. on them.

Maybe he'll do it again.

Thanks for the input, folks! I just ordered the srpracing pedals. People seem to be pretty happy with these. Maybe I can paint them if they end up being too flashy.

Here are some pedal pictures I took when I was at Bragg-Smith:

I've been driving around for weeks with a piece of 1/8" black ABS attached to a spare throttle pad. The shape is similar (essentially 1/2" wider on the left) and it works well. I'll post some pictures sometime soon.
