I called Zaino in New Jersey and spoke with a "Kevin" there. I began asking him basic questions about Zaino, the history, etc. and he began being arrogant to me. I asked him how long has Zaino been in business and what's in Zaino that makes it so special? His responses were what you would find from a redneck in an auto parts store who hates his job. He was angry and answered me with an undertone that I am a stupid guy with stupid questions and he had an "I'm busy" attitude. I then asked to speak with Sal and he says "call back tomorrow". In my opinion this "Kevin" dude is a complete ___hole and I think I will stay with Meguiares. Posted by poSSum (Member # 119) on :
Not to defend Kevin at all ... that's not acceptable customer service ... but call Meguire's and ask them the same questions ... let them earn the business Posted by Kevin V 2002 SS (Member # 1025) on :
Send an e-mail to Sal and inform him. He is very customer orientated and I'd bet he'd want to know. I do know that they get VERY busy though, but that is no excuse for rude behavior.

just contact Sal Zaino. he is a very nice man. tell him about "kevin" and see what he can do for you. Zaino is such a nice product, it would be a shame for you not to use it.
