Okay, for about a month now, my steering or suspension is out of whack somehow. Going above 50mph usually, when i 'jerk the steering wheel to the right (clockwise) just a tad, such as changing lanes, i hear a vibration/rubbing sound coming from my from suspension/steering. I can actually feel it in the steering wheel and other passengers han hear it as well. Now...I have had an accident in the far past, and wondering if this can be fixed just under warranty. It was perfectly fine after the SS was fixed. Just cant pinpoint the problem, and would like to explain what to fix to the dealer I'm taking it to. Any help to pinpoint this would be awesome. Sounds just like one of the front hub wheel bearings. They are sealed and cannot be greased. You can spin each hub and maybe you will feel the bearing is not smooth or there may be a bit of play in the bearing.Maybe one of the bearings got damaged in the accident.

That's possible...it isn't hard to get at/find is it?

I agree, most likely a wheel bearing. Jack up the car (with the wheel hanging free), and see if you can wiggle the wheel top/bottom, front/back. Then spin the wheel while listening very carefully for any noise. Neither of these may show you the problem, buy my guess its the LH front bearing. Good luck! Posted by DanPazich (Member # 1352) on :

Jack the car up by the lower control arm under the lower ball joint. Check for any play. I have seen ball joints flat spot after a hit and wear out down the road.
