I seem to be trending the right way, and as the car gets "broken in" it seems to be gaining in power.

Very nice! Maybe the driver is getting broken in a bit too!

Interesting Exercise.
Definitely moving in the right direction. Would have been interesting if the temperatures had been a little cooler at National ...the traction seemed reasonably good.

Congratulations Hawkeye. You are really knocking those numbers down especially your reaction time. Keep up the great work. Posted by DaddySS (Member # 848) on :
Looking better...but you need to get those tires planted...60' is not keeping pace with other improvements! Posted by Hawkeye (Member # 88) on :

right you are - wheel spin off the line is still a problem. I think with a trap speed of 107 I should be able to hit 12.9's - the launch is crucial.

You had better 60' times than I did for sure on that cold track. One run my SS did a 2.5 60' and Ryan heated up the ET Streets and even his S-10 SS with the slicks did a 3.0 60' last Thursday. Matt talked to the track people and they claim they did not think any of us had traction concerns and will use more VHT next time we rent the track. Posted by 2K1SunsetSS (Member # 854) on :
Your going in the right direction. I ended up with 3 good runs out of a total of 9 yesterday at ubly. I would either bog or spin bad.
