My car goes up on eBay tomorrow night for a 10 day auction. Like Steve, I too have visions for a new machine and will be voyaging into a project to build a machine beyond imagination. A machine of such brute power, handling and beauty that only the original five Grand Sports Corvettes built in 1963 will have something over her...

Please let your family and friends know that my SS is available and waiting for a new owner. [Cool]

Of course, I'll still be hanging here with y'all for quite a while. The project will likely take a couple years to complete but it'll be worth the wait. [Big Grin]

The next Camaro? Well, if it's cool looking and the timing is right, maybe I'll sell the Caddy and have a 5th gen Camaro for a daily driver. I don't know. For now, I'll still have a Camaro to go to events in because my good friend Andy has TWO Camaros that are quite show-worthy. Lucky me! [Big Grin]

Yes, the new project will require mucho denero but I've lost sleep just thinking about the new car so I'm compelled to 'go for it'.

In 5 years I can sell the 69 for what I paid.. what would my 2000SS of been worth in 5 years???

Thanks but that picture is not the car I'm buying. There won't be any instant gratification because these cars are pretty rare. I have to build my own. It'll be a year or so but a lot of fun (and aggravation I'm sure).
