My car is in for warranty work and the SLP rear suspension is creaking like crazy -- only at slow speeds, over bumps and when you get out on occassion. Anyway, an answer to this question was posted on the SLP forum that no longer exists. Something about taking a part off, greasing it up and then torquing the bolts to 85lbs. Any more details? Thanks!

start by lubing the bushing with silicone based lube. that should quiet it down.

Like Chris mentioned, you need to lube the bushings especially the sway bar bushings. [Smile]

Thanks! I'll call my service rep. I think they did that last time when they readjusted the sway bar, but I'll tell them to be generous with the lube this time.
