With a product release due at the end of the month, one of our critical test systems (that I have to support) was killed in the middle of a two week test cycle by a botched firmware upgrade. It's been down for two days now. I got some unhappy people here today.
Thanx Gino

I went to hearing at the local planning board. Looks like the college is building some new townhouses across the street. I'll have 75 new neighbors this fall.
Thanx Gino!

Same problem here. We have two universities in town, next to each other, and we live next to them. There was a big showing by our neighbourhood at Monday's city council meeting expressing concern about the influx of student housing into the surrounding neighourhoods. I don't think the neighbours concerns will make any difference as the universities are major tax payers for the city.
Gino must be a member of our city council as taxes are going up to make up for some bad spending decisions by council last year. Thanks big 'G'.

It's all Gino's fault that Erin tried ice skating and fell right on her clumsy ass and then to have her clutzy friend spill a drink on her. But that wasn't enough Gino you had to get blamed in the wrong topic too? What the hell Gino?!

Jeez, Gino,
Did you HAVE to put so much salt on the roads in Cleveland that it made it almost impossible to clean the cars for the show????
And 'sup wit dis weather? I nearly croaked when I got my heating bill this month! I mean, how long are you going to give Detroit 'below zero' temperatures?
Does it never end, man?

AND ANOTHER THING......MISTER!
No sooner did I get the Avalanche washed than you made the snow melt JUST ENOUGH to make the salt on the roads into a white slurry that has now encrusted the paint AGAIN..........

Took the Blazer to the car wash. Kid neglected to wipe down the weatherstrips. All four doors frozen shut, trapping three cars in our driveway. THANKS, GINO! Posts: 53 | From: Bucks County, Pennsylvania | Registered: Feb 2002

OMG, talk about Gino's fault. I go out of the office tonight and when I go to start the beast (96 Imapala) I get "click". Now keep in mind it's like 10 degress tonight. "Must just be a bad connection" I think so I pop the hood and see if the postive cable moves - well it comes off in my hand with the side terminal attached!
OK, i'll just put it place well enough to make contact and get the car started, then I'll go get a battery. Well 45 minutes later I give up on that, borrow a car, head over to Sears, get a battery, wrenches to remove the battery, and the new griptight pliers to hold the terminal while I remove the bolt. One and a half frozen hours later, the car is running (with the heat on high).
Thanks a lot Gino, couldn't you have found a colder day! Posts: 3403 | From: Woodcliff Lake, NJ, USA | Registered: Dec 2000
