It's Gino's fault that my 11 year old German Shepard has been relieving herself in the house 3 days this week so far. Come on Gino, have you got a clue how bad that smells? Not the best thing to wake up to.

#2 Driving to work today, there was a dump truck that mounds of dirt escaped onto the roads, and my tires are now dirty along with thte bottom half of the SS.
#3 The neighbor was getting some trees cut down and the wood chipper/shredder was beside my SS, and yeah, it got REALLY dirty. wtf Gino?!?!
#4 The OTHER neighbor put up an ugly flagpole between our yard and his, even though there is already one on the other side of his house! Wut up wit dat? We dont need TWO.

I was getting ready to head out to DezRacing to meet up with some other serious car nuts and hp addicts.... I start my beater and grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiinnnnnnnnnd ... I go damn... starter died ... I talk to Darmie, he agrees... and I am forced to get my Firehawk, out of its garage, where it has been safe (beside the smalldent from the ex-renter... )
I go by autozone to pick up the friggin heavy starter $49.95 ... so not too bad ... I walk out of Autozone, and it instantly starts pouring... Figuring my weekend is shot anyways... I cruise on up to Dez Racing and BS with Slowhawk (SLP board) and Others from the mass area... was there for a couple of hours..
I come back home and luckily that rain was a passing off-on shower, so my apt parking lot was dry. I start to get covered in grease, and etc.. I take off the old starter, as I finish taking off the 1st of 2 bolts, the second bolt falls out... I though nothing of it at the time as I assumed that bolt had no threads normally)
after fighting the cramped area and teh old starter, I put the new one on... I tighten down the first bolt and hold in the second bolt with my other hand... gettin g colder and colder as the wind was picking up and was arond 58 deg.. and sand begins to start blowing in my eyes constanty...
Finally, I felt like everything was in proper alignment, hooked up properly and etc.. so I go to start the car and grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiiiinnnnnnnnnd with and abrupt halt. Upon inspection I see that the second bolt fell out ... so I go about loosening the first, put back in the second, and retighten, after aligning... and restart the car... and the same exact thing ....
I know the enging was ok... and It finally hit me... The second bolt had no threads ( which I originally thought it was supposed to be this way) because the part of the bolt where the threads started ... BROKE IN THE ENGINE BLOCK apparently the bolt break was so clean.. I couldn't tell right off hand.
So after 5 friggin hours, I found out that there was no way I could have fixed it... without drilling out the old bolt... So I figure this was a nice (I use nice very loosly here) time to quit working on it myself and have a garage work on it.
So here is my situation...
*Beater unusable for now *The hawk is dirty and being rained on as you read... it is going to snow on her Tonight (pointless putting car cover on dirty car now as I have to use the car...despite the weather) *Gotta pay a Tow truck this monday to tow it to a shop..
THANKS GINO IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT !!!!

According to my friends that fly the U-2 Spy Plane, there are PHOTOGRAPHS of 'you-know-who' with garden hoses all over Detroit.....just to make SURE the roads got iced over...........

So I go out to start the Impala the other day to leave work after a long day and "click" and the lights go out. OK I say, must just be a dirty battery terminal, so I go out to try to move the terminal and the posive cable with terminal attached comes right off in my hand! WTTG
So yesterday afternoon I go out to get something out of the Impala and the right rear tire is 1/2 flat (that's like the 100th flat I've gotten with this car)....Thanks Gino, go right inside, call the tire place and order up 4 new BFG KDWSs (it was about ready anyway), just make it to the gas station to put air in the tire and race off to the tire shop. The good news is I now have new tires on the BEASST.

Oh yeah, Gino....what is it that you have against me getting new appliances:
Three years ago...ordered new Refrig (wanted a BIG one)....1 and a half hours to get it into the kitchen....then they dropped it and damaged it.
Fast Forward to about a year and a half ago...ordered new Washer and Dryer....washer arrived damaged and they 'lost' the dryer...took three weeks to straighten that one out....then the dryer broke 9 months into ownership (it was a Mustang.....)
Yesterday they delivered the new Dishwasher....and I swear it looked like someone (Gino, probably) took a hammer to it.....total loss...and it will take 12 working days to get a new one.........
Need I say it?

This weather is starting to ruin my "naturally sunny disposition..."
So...we're supposed to get 3-6 inches of snow tonite into tomorrow....and of course, this WOULD happen on the day they're supposed to replace all of the carpeting in my house.........(because GINO arranged for me to drop an entire pitcher of Iced Tea on the carpeting in the dining room.....)

Winter blizzard this morning. I let the house and there was no snow.Got to work and a few minutes later a blizzard was in progress. The wife left for work and it took her 40 minutes to go 1 mile,so she turned around and went home.No use burning up a bunch of gas in a traffic jam that may take her 3 hours to get to work and the chance of someone smashing into the car. Thanks a lot Gino! We really needed this storm! Posts: 5682 | From: Dearborn,Mi. | Registered: Feb 2002
